remember to look around
in a world so fast and colorful, the sun and the moon danced in perfect harmony, passing by at once only a moment, to them it was the most wonderful moment of all. their balance serves as the basis for the universe in the world.
their eyes glowed when they looked into one another. it provided them the energy they needed to continue on, as one entered center stage and the other exited, out into space once again. a moment of pure bliss they shared.
one day, the sun did not see her moon, she became terrified and very sad. for the first time ever, she felt alone. as she moved through the night,, all she thought about was mr moon and why he wasn't there.
this continued for days. did he disappear? she thought. this made her sadness grow. and with that, her light dimmed.
the sun felt she was dying.
as she rose, finally accepting the disappearance of the beloved moon, she felt the fire within her ignite, lit by the purpose gifted to her at the beginning of her life.
with this, she sensed a whistling directed toward her. appearing on the other side was none other than him.
she bloomed- excitement, joy, surprise. how!!!
when the two met again, the moon said "don't ever forget to look around. do not get comfortable, do not expect things to always be as they are. stay curious. explore constantly. for here i was."
"you are brave and strong- with or without me. together, we unify all around us. it is our responsibility to appreciate and take in as much of it as we can. let your light move in every direction.:"
from that day on, the sun allowed her life to be one of curious exploring and trust. the moon taught her a big lesson and she was very grateful that he disappeared, just for a bit. her pain showed her the wisdom she was meant to learn. now she knows, one is never truly alone.
